Day 1: Transfer from Kigali to Bwindi National Park
Our representative will pick from from Kigali Airport or your hotel in Kigali. Visit the Genocide Memorial Center in Kigali. The Kigali Genocide Memorial is the final resting place for more than 250,000 victims of the Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda. It honours the memory of the more than one million Rwandans killed in 1994 through education and peace-building.
you will be transferred in about 4, 5 hours to the Lodge. You'll sleep in one of their nice self-contained safari cottages. From here you will depart tomorrow for the gorilla tracking!
Note 1: We advise you to arrange an East-Africa visa in advance. This is $100 pp and will allow you to multiple enter both Uganda and Rwanda.

Day 2: Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Forest National Park
Early breakfast, proceed with packed lunch and a bottle of water into the tropical rain forest for gorilla trekking activity. Receive prior briefing by the ranger officials then head straight into the forest. The trek is unpredictable and could last up to 6 or more hours. Watch these creatures as they feed, play and grumble to each other while you take their pictures.
