Day 1: Arrival in Cusco
Upon arrival in Cusco, reception at the airport / bus station and transfer to upscale hotel in the city center. **recommended to arrive before 11am** Afternoon: Cusco City Tour In the afternoon around 1:10 pm pick up from your hotel to Cusco City Tour. The tour will begin visiting the Temple of the Sun or Qorikancha, Sacsayhuaman, Kenko, PucaPucara and Tambomachay. And return around 7:00 pm The evening will be free to rest and acclimatize to the altitude. Overnight in Cusco
Day 2: Sacred Valley to Aguas Calientes
After a delicious breakfast we will pick at your hotel around 8:30 am for the wonderful Tour Sacred Valley of the Incas and visit the archaeological park Pisac and its traditional market, enjoy a delicious buffet lunch in Urubamba, then visit the wonderful city of Ollantaytambo, where there should stop walking through the cobblestone streets that keep alive the Inca culture that make us go back in time. In the afternoon, we will take our train to Aguas Calientes. The journey will take approx. 2 hours. Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, reception at train station and transfer to the accommodation. The evening will be free to relax and dine in the restaurant of your choice. Overnight in Aguas Calientes
Day 3: Visit to Machu Picchu – return to Cusco
After a nice breakfast in the hotel we will meet our guide. Together we will take the bus from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu, which lasts about 25 minutes. Upon arrival in Machu Picchu, we will enter the citadel. Our professional guide will give you a tour of the historic citadel for 2 hours. After the guided tour, you will have free time to explore the areas located in the outskirts of Machu Picchu and take photos. When you finish exploring Machu Picchu, the bus will take you back to Aguas Calientes, where you will have free time to have lunch or relax in one of the many restaurants or cafes. In the afternoon / evening we will board our train to return to Cusco. Approximately four hours later, you will arrive in Cusco and be transported back to your accommodation. Overnight in Cusco
Day 4: Morning: Maras & Moray half day tour
We leave your accommodation around 8:30 am. First visit to Moray, which consists of several circular agricultural terraces built by the Incas in natural sinkholes on a limestone plateau that overlooks the Urubamba Valley. It has been suggested that the terraces have a cosmological meaning, but their function in addition to agricultural purposes, is still unclear. Then we visit the colonial town of Maras. This is an important salt mine exploded during Inca times and later during the colonial era. Displays the salt mines in ancient terraces and ponds. Return to Cusco around 3pm. Overnight in Cusco
Day 5: Fullday Rainbow Mountain trek
We will pick you up between 04:00– 04:30am. Then we are going to set out on a drive through the South Valley. The drive takes around 3 hours to get Hanchipacha community where we are going to stop for breakfast. After that we are going to drive you 15 minutes more to Quesiuno community (4,326 m / 14,189 ft.), where we are going to start with the trekking of 3 hours approx. long to the rainbow mountain .In the way up we are going to be able to enjoy amazing landscapes of herds of alpacas and llamas, the Ausangate Mountain, many red mountains and traditional local houses. When we finally reach the Rainbow Mountains (5,020 m / 16,466 ft.), you will have time to explore the area and take pictures. We will spend approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour (depend of your trekking speed and weather conditions). After the amazing view of the landscapes on the top we are going to down to the beginning of our trekking point, that take 2 hours approx. (Quesiuno community) where we are going to take our transportation to Hanchipacha community to have lunch. Then you are going to be drive to Cusco, and drop you at Regocijos square 2 blocks from Main Square. Overnight in Cusco
Day 6: Departure from Cusco
Breakfast in the hotel and transfer to the airport for your return flight. End of our services!
