Itinerary 
Day 1 Capoeira Class

10:30 am:: You are asked to come to Point Windsor Leme Palace where you will meet your guide who will take you to the location of the class.

 

11:00 am: You will get a brief introduction to the history of Capoeira and its cultural importance, the role of the musical instruments, followed by a warm-up, then a demonstration of the moves and techniques (which you will then try) and the "game"; to finish off the day.

 

12:30 pm: Guide will drop you back off at Point Windsor Leme Palace.
