The origins of Chianti and its small towns is undeniably combined with that of the Etruscans, Romans, and the expanding populations of the two historic cities of Siena and Florence which often fought over this area. The major greap in Chianti Classico is "Sangiovese" which is the most famous in all over Tuscany. On this particular tour you will have the opportunity to visit three different wineries close each other but with three complitely differnt concept of business. The historical winery, the boutique winery and the commercial winery. Itinerary
Day 1 Chianti Classico Day Tour

This is a day that the wine aficionados among the group will enjoy because it is entirely dedicated to wine. We will visit  three wineries and cellars to learn the intimate story of Chianti’s famous wine. You will also get a chance to learn about and sample the region’s fine extra virgin olive oil.

Once we have sampled the delicious offerings of Chianti, we will progress to Greve, home to the most famous butcher and deli shop in Tuscany and the ideal place for you to buy the best produce of the area.

At the first winery you will enjoy an amazing lunch and a visit of the castle and cellar. On the secon and the third it will be just wine tasting.
