Day 1: Stop At: Grand Mosque, Stop At ;Presidential Palace, Stop At: African Renaissance, Stop At :Kermel MarketStop At: Goree Island

Upon pick up at the port at 8:30am, proceed to the Grand Mosque of Dakar, a wonderful example of Islamic architecture. You will stop here for the photoshoot Visit the Dakar Senegal, Built for the former French Governor, and it now serves as the official home of the current sitting president. A striking monument of 21st century Africa, it offers a panoramic view of the city of Dakar. You will have an opportunity to take pictures and view the city landmarks from the monument. Before heading to the port, you will market. This is a must-visit, one of the best of Dakar`s markets! In a beautiful circular building, the fish traders have their place in the center. Then comes butchers in the next circle, vegetable and fruit dealers outside there together with florists. Outside the building, you will find typical African souvenirs such as jewelry, masks, and sculptures. Please proceed to Goree Island, perhaps best known for its strategic trading post for the transatlantic slave trade. It is a most famous building, the House of Slaves, which was, by some accounts, the first stop for around 20 million African enslaved workers. Upon arrival, you will first have your delicious lunch before continuing to the slave house Museum, some colonial sites, and stroll to the nice island before dropping you off at the ship at 5:15pm
