Belgium and Luxembourg are the cradle of Europe, a small territory that embracescenturies of history and unique nature. Your journey will start in Brussels and end in Luxembourg. You will spend seven nights exploring the beauty of two great and unexpected small countries. Discover Brussel’s history and culture as well as its great gastronomy. Go the extra mile in southern Belgium, also called Wallonia, where pleasant discoveries await you. Namur, the charming capital city of Wallonia, and its sister city Dinant, with its cliffs overlooking the Meuse river. Then head even more south towards the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. This fairy-tale country will surprise you with its brilliant atmosphere, castles, small towns, and excellent wines, especially in the Moselle area.

Itinerary
Day 1: Brussels, guided walking tour of Brussels' historic city center 

Independent arrival transfer. Upon arrival, reach your hotel on your own.

At 3.30 PM, head to the Grand Place in front of the City Hall and join a small group walking tour. This visit will focus on the picturesque historic city center. This walk leads you along the famous Grand Place, the most beautiful square in the world, listed as a world heritage by Unesco. Let us also explore the neighborhoods, the medieval streets where authentic estaminets are nestled, and chocolate shops and waffle stalls .... and do not forget to say hello to Manneken-Pis. During your walk in the heart of Brussels, admire the magnificent Royal Saint-Hubert Galleries, among the oldest in Europe as well as the Cathedral of St. Michael and St. Gudula with its stained glass windows, the Chapel of the Blessed Sacrament ... A little further, you are in the royal area with the Royal Park and Palace (only open to the public during the summer holidays) and the Palace of Coudenberg, the former residence of Charles V. You will also walk along the Musical Instruments Museum, the Magritte museum and the Palace of Fine Arts before reaching the Sablon area. Overnight in Brussels 

Day 2: Time at leisure and Guided walking tour of Antwerp’s highlight

Independent transfer from your hotel to Brussels Central station, where you board the train to Antwerpen Centraal you will reach in about 45 minutes.

Time at leisure in the morning or discover the brand new attraction, the Antwerp Story in Het Steen - the perfect introduction to Antwerp. For art lovers, the Cathedral our Lady with an impressive collection of major artworks, including a series of paintings by Rubens, is the place to be. The Red Star Line Museum retracing the footsteps of emigrants from Antwerp to New York and Philadelphia is a moving journey. See our listing of optional visits and select the ones you prefer. After lunch, at 2 PM, you will meet your private guide at the Lange Wapper Statue, Steenplein 1 to explore the heart of the town: from the Great Market Place with its splendid Town Hall to the guildhalls and the Brabo Fountain, then alongside Our Lady's Cathedral to various stunning spots in the old center.

Your guide will make sure you see everything and better understand the city. During this historical walk, they will be pleased to tell you everything you want to know about our fascinating town. Time to walk back to the train station and board the train to go back to Brussels. Upon arrival, selftransfer to your hotel. Overnight in Brussels

Day 3: Bruges, guided walking tour of the Venice of the North

Independent transfer to Brussels Central Station to catch the train to Bruges, where you will arrive comfortably in about 1 hour 30 minutes.

Time at leisure in the morning or discover some must-do’s in Bruges: a boat trip on the canals, the visit of Brewery de Halve Maan and Choco story Bruges. See our listing of optional visits and select the ones you prefer. In the afternoon, 2 PM, reach the start location on your own, the Bargeplein red awning, where you will meet with your private guide. You will visit the historic inner town and discover step-by-step what makes Bruges such a marvel. You will stroll along the medieval streets and alleys in the inner town whilst soaking up the particular atmosphere. Discover world-famous treasures and sights such as the Lake of Love, the Beguinage, the Church of Our Lady, the canals, the Burg Square with the Town Hall, the Basilica of the Holy Blood, and the Market Square with its Belfry. This wonderful historic walk will show you why Bruges merits its place on the Unesco World Heritage List. Time to walk back to the train station and board the train to go back to Brussels. Day 4: Visit of Namur & Dinant, the two sister cities

Independent transfer from your hotel to Brussels Central station, where you board the train to Namur you will reach after about one hour.

You will meet your private guide at the station and visit the old districts of the city as the maze of pedestrian streets, the squares, the churches, the quays of the Sambre river, the architecture... Time to leave Namur and continue your journey to Dinant The train journey of only half an hour, between Namur and Dinant is amazing. You will enjoy the magnificent landscapes of the Upper Meuse Valley scattered with fortresses and castles. Once arrived there, walk to the Citadelle de Dinant. Hanging on to a rocky outcrop overlooking the town of Dinant, the Citadel was converted into a museum of weapons and history over a century ago. After the visit, the cable car will take you back to the city centre and you will enjoy a cruise on the river Meuse. Time to walk back to the train station and board the train to go back to Brussels.
