Day 1: Full Day tour In Siem Reap

You will meet your English-speaking guide at your hotel at between 7:00AM – 8:00AM and drive to the quiet fishing village of Kompong Phluk and board with seat in coach tour (shearing tour)a shared boat. Visit the serene floating village and discover the centuries-old lifestyle of the lake's inhabitants. Cruise on the Tonlesap Lake and enjoy the natural splendor of the area. After a peaceful day on the lake, return to the port and drive back to Siem Reap Town. Explore not only the biggest lake in South East Asia with its beautiful scenery, but also the culture of the local people who live on and off the water. Relax for a bit on the way back and then hop-off for a short visit to the village of Khmer with its traditional Khmer houses. Arrive back at your hotel around 11:30AM. In the afternoon your local private Tuk Tuk driver(No English Speaking tour) will pick you up at your hotel to begin your tour by visiting the school of the Chantiers Ecoles. Since 1992, this artisan group who helps to reinsert into the workforce young rural Khmer has become a powerful developing tool for the surrounding villages. See the work of the trainees who learn the art of stone carving, wood ornamental sculpture, the making of small furniture, the art of lacquer and polychromy. Observe the various training methods and view completed projects. then you drive from Siem Reap to the district of Puok to visit the Silk Farm. Learn the different stages of the complex process of producing handmade silk, including the growing of the mulberry trees, silk worm breeding, and training in the ancient craft of silk dyeing and weaving. Your morning tour will finish at 17:30 with a hotel drop off. Late in the evening, you will be pick-up at your accommodation by tuk-tuk, and then going to watch a traditional Apsara dinner dancing show to experience an authentic folk art from Cambodia. Embark on a unique cultural journey through Hindu and Buddhist mythologies that believe Apsaras are beautiful female creatures sent from heaven to enchant with their soft but mesmerizing dance
