You’ll make your first stop of the day in Riviersonderend, where you can indulge in delicious homemade pastries such as the milk tart, a remnant of the area’s Dutch history. Your journey continues through Albertinia, where enormous succulents line the road and provide the perfect photo opportunity, and winds down with a leisurely canoe paddling trip before arriving in Sedgefield, “Africa’s slowest town.” Overnight in Sedgefield.Get picked up at your Cape Town Central Business District accommodation, travel through Riviersonderend & Albertinia, go for a canoe ride & arrive in Sedgefield

Along the way, stop to marvel at the views from the Knysna Heads that jut into the ocean and from the Bloukrans Bridge, the world’s highest commercial bridge famous for its bungee jump. You might try your hand at the bungee jump, dropping from 216 meters toward the Bloukrans River, or zip line over another river in the nearby Tsisikamma Forest. Those looking for a more relaxed experience can instead walk through the Tsisikamma Forest or journey to visit the famous Yellowwood tree in Knysna that is nine metres in circumference and nearly 1,000 years old. Your final destination will be Jeffreys Bay, the “surf city” of South Africa. Once there, you’ll get settled in and have time to experience the town however you choose. Overnight in Jeffreys Bay.
