Hike Nevado De Toluca Volcano From Mexico City

Day 1: Nevado De Toluca and ascent

6:45 am - 7:00 am Departure from Mexico City Arrive at the meeting point (corner of Vicente Suarez Ave. and Michoacán Ave. in front of Michoacán market in the Condesa neighborhood) in Mexico City. We recommend arriving by Taxi or Uber to avoid having to look for a parking space and this may cause a delay. We ask you to be very punctual out of respect for the other people in the group. Once gathered, you will leave on your way to the Nevado. 8:30 am - 2:00 pm Arrival at Nevado De Toluca and ascent Get to the refuge, where you get ready to start the ascent to Pico del Fraile. Walk through an incredible landscape, and when you reach the crater you observe the amazing beauty of the lagoons El Sol and La Luna.
