Western Triangle - Los Angeles Airport

Day 1: MONDAY or FRIDAY / Los Angeles

Welcome to Los Angeles, the capital of the film and television industry, a booming cultural mecca with over 300 museums and perpetual pleasant weather! Upon arrival, transfer by hotel shuttle to the Hilton LAX Airport. Leave the baggage claim area, go to the Departure Level (Level 3), go outside and look for the for the red sign that says "HOTEL AND COURTESY SHUTTLES" and take the blue shuttle bus that indicates Hilton LAX Airport (no Meet and Greet is included). At this designated stop, they should then wait for the next available shuttle to come by and hail the shuttle once they see it approaching. These shuttles run every 20 to 25 minutes. Note that rooms will only be ready for check-in at 4 PM.

Day 2: TUESDAY or SATURDAY / Los Angeles

This morning, meet the AlliedTPro tour guide in the lobby of the Hilton LAX Airport at 8:00 AM near the bell desk by the side entrance of the hotel for a half-day city tour of Los Angeles including the famous Hollywood Boulevard, Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, the “Walk of Fame” and Sunset Strip. Afternoon at leisure to relax at the hotel or perhaps to join an optional sightseeing tour.

Day 3: WEDNESDAY or SUNDAY / Los Angeles > Las Vegas (270 m / 435 km)

Board the motorcoach at the Hilton LAX Airport at 8:00 AM and travel through the desert to the man-made paradise of Las Vegas. Enjoy this boomtown resort, featuring nonstop casinos, fabulous entertainment, great restaurants and attractions.

Day 4: THURSDAY or MONDAY / Las Vegas

Enjoy a day of leisure in Las Vegas. Visit some of the spectacular hotels, take one of the many optional excursions offered or simply relax by the pool. Las Vegas has something for everyone so take the whole day to explore this world-famous city.

Day 5: FRIDAY or TUESDAY / Las Vegas > Mammoth Lakes (347 m / 559 km)

Today, journey through the Mojave Desert before ascending into the High Sierras, and the resort of Mammoth Lakes*. This picturesque resort is famous as both a summer and winter destination, and provides breathtaking scenery and stunning views of surrounding areas.

• DAY 5: Las Vegas > Yosemite Area
• DAY 6: Yosemite Area

Day 6: SATURDAY or WEDNESDAY / Mammoth Lakes > Yosemite Area (109 m / 175 km)

Travel the short distance through the High Sierras to Yosemite National Park, the most popular natural tourist destination in California. Enjoy the highlights of the park, including Yosemite Valley and its high cliffs and waterfalls. The park is also known for its wildlife: mule, deer, coyotes, chipmunks, blue jays and occasionally even bears.

Day 7: SUNDAY or THURSDAY / Yosemite Area > Carmel > 17-Mile Drive > Monterey > San Francisco (286 m / 459 km)

Leaving the Yosemite area, travel west to Carmel located on the Pacific Ocean. From this quaint and charming village travel along stunning 17-Mile Drive*, known for its exclusive golf courses, beautiful views and distinctive fauna, to Monterey, California’s first capital. Continue northward to “The City by the Bay”.

* The departure of August 14 will not enter 17-Mile Drive as it will be closed due to “Pebble Beach Concourse d’Elegance”.

Day 8: MONDAY or FRIDAY / San Francisco

This morning, enjoy city sightseeing of one of the most beautiful cities in America including highlights such as Union Square, Chinatown, Golden Gate Park and Fisherman’s Wharf with a view of infamous Alcatraz Island across the bay. Afternoon at leisure, or embark on an optional tour to the quaint village of Sausalito.

Day 9: TUESDAY or SATURDAY / San Francisco

Individual check-out from the hotel at a time of your choosing (before 11 AM). Transfer to SFO Airport on seat-in or shared-ride basis (no guide assistance). End of the tour.
