Day 1: ARRIVAL – CUSCO CITY TOUR
Machu Picchu Rainbow Mountain Package 6D/5N starts once you land at Cusco City. A representative of KANTU PERU TOURS will assist you at the airport, he will take you to your hotel in Cusco. Meantime he will give you general information about Cusco. Afterward, you will get to your hotel. After check-in at the hotel, we recommend you rest and have some light food before we start the City tour. At 01:30 pm approx. our tour leader will pick you up from your hotel to start this Amazing tour in Cusco. the adventure will start exploring this fantastic city and visiting the cathedral considered the most important temple in Cusco- nowadays then you will continue to Koricancha, the temple of the Sun, which was the most important temple at the Incas times. Day 2: SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS – AGUAS CALIENTES TOWN
Machu Picchu Rainbow Mountain Package 6D/5N Start exploring the outstanding Sacred Valley and connecting to Aguas Calientes town for a night. Around 8:00 am. the tour leader will pick you up from your accommodation, we suggest carrying small luggage with necessary belongings for one night. This day tour starts visiting the Sacred Valley viewpoint to enjoy these breathtaking beautiful places. then we will continue the adventure arriving at the Pisac Inca site. Here our tour Leader will explain about this big Inca city then our transport will drop us in Urubamba town, called the capital of the Sacred Valley, to have the Inca buffet Lunch in a tourist restaurant. After lunch, we will go in our bus for 30 minutes to arrive to Ollantaytambo town. Where you visit the stunning Constructions like the temple of the Sun, built above the hill. Finally, you take the train to Machu Picchu from Ollantaytambo town. you must take your passports because train tickets and Machu Picchu tickets are personal. Overnight in Aguas Calientes town.
Day 3: TOUR IN MACHU PICCHU
Machu Picchu - wonder of the world After breakfast in the morning, the tour leader will pick you up from your hotel to take you to the bus station to Machu Picchu. 30 minutes of driving until the Checkpoint of Machu Picchu. remember to carry the original passport to pass Machu Picchu Control, otherwise, you are wont to be able to enter and visit Machu Picchu. Enjoy Machu Picchu by visiting for the first time the Classic view of this breathtaking place. Important: you have to know that there are some regulations in Machu Picchu city, one of them is, not possible to come back Therefore the first place you will visit will be the classic view of Machu Picchu. after that you feel ready and the tour leader starts the tour showing you the best and important places, such as the quarry, temple of the sun, main square, sundial and temple of the condor. Once you finish Machu Picchu tour, then the tour guide will give you some recommendations to arrive at the train station. Afterward, you will take bus down to Aguas Calientes town where you have chance to have lunch in some of the restaurants. Then you will go to the Train station, it is necessary to be at the train station 30 minutes before to prevent any delays. In the afternoon you board the train to come back to Ollantaytambo town where our representative will assist you and bring you to Cusco city. Finally, you arrive at Cusco city at night. Day 4: MARAS AND MORAY
Today, the adventure will continue exploring new highlands visiting the Sat Mines Of Maras and the circular terraces considered like a laboratory of the Incas. At 8 am, our tourist transportation and the tour leader will pick you up from your hotel. You will be taken through outstanding landscapes at the Chinchero Highlands. After 45 minutes you get to this colorful town called Chinchero, where you will enjoy the weaving demonstration by the local farmers. after 30 minutes of driving, we will visit this incredible agricultural laboratory called Moray. Along the way to the Salt Mines of Maras, you will delight in the biggest barley farmlands. The last place that you visit before you come back to Cusco will be the breathtaking salt mines called Maras, which is a salty spring that feeds thousand of little pools. Day 5: RAINBOW MOUNTAIN
This outstanding Cusco day trip will start really early in the morning. the tour leader will pick you up from your hotel at 04:00 am. approx. then we will go by our transport for about 02 hours to Cusipata town where you have included breakfast. Afterward, we will continue this Amazing Cusco day trip driving 45 minutes more toward the beginning of the Hike. It is important to carry warm clothes because the temperature is cold. The beginning of the hike is located at 15420 ft approx. Once you feel ready, you will start hiking to Vinincunca Rainbow Mountain. The hike will be 2 hours more or less, however, it will be gently uphill at the beginning, and the last 30 minutes will steep up to reach the highest point and the Classic view of the Rainbow mountain 16732.28 ft . Once you reach the summit you will delight the marvelous view of Vinincunca rainbow mountain, the view of the red mountains, and the imposing Apu Ausangate which is the highest glacier in the Cusco region.
