The geography and landscapes of Nepal are well suited for adventure. The rivers, mountains, gorges, and cliffs are naturally in a ready state for different types of extreme sports, and bungee jumping at Listikot is one such example. Listikot is located in the Sindhupalchowk district. It is around 60 km north-east of Kathmandu. Every year, around a hundred thousand people arrive here to experience the thrill of free falling from a height of 160 meters. It is a naturally built site at the suspension bridge above the Bhotekoshi River. It is regarded as the best destination for a bungee jump in South Asia. The bungee jump is a must for those who love extreme adventures.

Day 1: Kathmandu to Bhotekoshi drive - back to Kathmandu
We leave Thamel at 6 a.m. on a tourist bus. The journey is about 3.5 hours, with a couple of tea breaks along the way. When we reach the resort, The Last Resort, you can see the bridge 5 minutes before arriving! You will be introduced to the Bungy staff, who will give you a safety briefing, weigh you, and give you a time slot. Then all you have to do is maintain mental calm until your turn! After finishing the bungy jump, you can enjoy a delicious lunch at the resort. We will be back in Kathmandu in the evening
