Day 1: Tunis- Kairouan-The basket of Nefta

Stop At The Great Mosque of Kairouan Discover the Islamic heritage of Kairouan through its great mosque and the mausoleum of Sidi Sahbi: admire their architecture and learn more, with your guide, about the Islamic era. Stop At The Aghlabide basins of Kairouan Discover the greatest waterworks of the Middle Age. Admire the monuments from the top of the Tourist Information Building as you gain an introduction to the foundation of Kairouan and its glorious age. Stop At The old medina of Tozeur : Stroll through the alleys of the old medina and admire its unique architecture and its walls built with bricks built on site! Get lost in its labyrinth paths and avoid its dead ends Stop At Ong Jmal and Mos Espa village in a 4Wd vehicle, experience an afternoon of adrenaline and thrills! Cross the old Dakar Rally road and the salt lake of Chott El Gharsa. Cross the sandy hills and the large sand dunes to arrive at the famous Ong Jmal site and the village of Mos Espa (Biggest Star Wars shooting location in Tunisia) and in front of the decorations, at the top of a dune, attend one of the most beautiful sunsets.

Day 2: Old Village of Chebika- Douz 

Stop At Old Village of Chebika Head to the oasis of Chebika and stroll around 1 hour in its Berber village and learn more about the floods of 1969. Then descend gently to the palm grove and admire this source of water which gushes from the side of the mountain. Stop At Waterfall of Tamerza Visit the great Tamerza waterfall and if it’s hot, take advantage of its water to refresh yourself! Stop At Chott Djerid Cross the salt lake of Chott Djerid, larger in the north of Africa with more than 5000Km square and stop to take a photo! This lake is famous for the phenomenon of mirages! considered a sea of chimeras, and according to legend, whole armies disappeared there forever Stop At Douz Douz, the most famous desert gate in Tunisia and the starting point for several hikes in the dunes. Arrive, visit its local market and if you wish, book a camel ride or quad ride in the dunes (activity to be paid on site) Stop At Under a tent In the early afternoon, head to the camp! settle in a tent and go to the dunes to watch the sunset! A unique experience where silence will be king, and where you will return to nature! An evening around the fire and a Bedouin atmosphere par excellence

Day 3: Berber village of Tamazret- El Jem museum 

Stop At Berber village of Tamazret The first stop of the day will be at the Berber village of Tamazret, at the café, to taste their unique rosemary and almond tea! Stop At a Troglodyte house Head to the troglodyte village of Matmata and visit a house dug underground with the locals! You will be greeted by your host with good tea served with olive oil, honey and homemade bread! discover this type of accommodation and visit the different rooms! Stop At El Jem museum Head to the amphitheatre of El Jem, and discover this prestigious monument that reflects the power of the Roman Empire!
