Itinerary
Day 1: Seoul - Jeonju, South Korea

Visit Seoul, Gongju, Buyeo, and Jeonju Today, you'll meet your guide at 8am at a predetermined meeting point near Gwanghwamun Intersection. Depart from Seoul to drive around 1.5 hours to Gongju, where you will visit UNESCOlisted Tomb of King Muryeong and the Gongsanseong Fortress. Next, we'll drive for another 1.5 hours to Buyeo, an ancient capital of the Baekje Dynasty, and stop by Nakhwaam Cliff Observatory. Then, continue for another hour to Jeonju, a city famous for its architecture, food, and events, and finish the day, visiting the UNESCO-listed Jeonju Hanok village, home of 735 traditional Korean hanok houses. Check into your accommodation and enjoy the rest of the afternoon on your own.Visit UNESCO-listed Tomb of King Muryeong and the Gongsanseong Fortress. Continue with Buyeo, an ancient capital of the Baekje Dynasty, and finish the day, visiting the UNESCO-listed Jeonju Hanok village, home of 735 traditional Korean hanok houses. 

Day 2: Jeonju - Yeosu, South Korea

Visit Gwangju, Suncheon, and Yeosu (B) After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, we'll transfer 1 hour and 20 minutes to Gwangju. It is the most important city in Honam Region and the birthplace of the modern democratic movement in the country, and end the visit at the 18th National Cemetery. Next, we'll drive about an hour to Suncheon, where you will visit the stunning Suncheon Bay Garden (not included). Finally, we'll arrive to Yeosu, a lovely port city. See the Historic Site of Admiral Yi Sun-Sin's Path, and overnight.Visit Gwangju, the most important city in Honam Region. Next, visit the stunning Suncheon Bay Garden, and Yeosu, a lovely port city, where you will see the Historic Site of Admiral Yi Sun-Sin's Path.

Day 3: Yeosu - Gyeongju, South Korea 

Jinjuseong Fortress, Busan and transfer to Gyeongju (B) Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, and head out to discover the Jinjuseong Fortress, historically linked to Japanese invasion in 1592. We'll continue 1.5 hours to the seaside city of Busan, where you will have some stops to let some other travellers join this amazing trip. Then, visit the Jagalchi Market, Korea's largest seafood market. Next, head to Dongbaek Park and Haeundae Beach to take a tour and soak up the sun. Finally, travel to Gyeongju for 1h and 30 mins, check into your hotel and overnight.Head out to discover the Jinjuseong Fortress. Continue to the seaside city of Busan and visit the Jagalchi Market, Korea's largest seafood market. Next, head to Dongbaek Park and Haeundae Beach to take a tour and soak up the sun. Finally, travel to Gyeongju

Day 4: Gyeongju - Pyeongchang, South Korea

Gyeongju Tour, Andong Hahoe Village, and transfer to PyeongChang (B) After breakfast at your hotel, you'll embark on a Gyeongju City Tour starting at 8:00 am. See the Unesco World Heritage Seokguram Grotto (not included - $6 pp) and the Bulguksa Temple, worldfamous for its stunning architecture. Next we'll drive about 2.5 hours to Andong Hahoe Folk Village, preserved since the Joseon Dynasty and continuing to thrive to this day. We'll then continue to PyeongChange. Overnight in PyeongChang.Embark on a Gyeongju City Tour, and visit Andong Hahoe Folk Village, preserved since the Joseon Dynasty. We'll then continue to Pyenongchang

Day 5: Pyeongchang - Seoul, South Korea

Pyeongchang - Mt. Sorak - Seoul (B) After breakfast, we'll visit Pyeongchang, host of the 2018 Winter Olympics. Then we’ll continue another hour to Mt. Seorak National Park, where the peaks of the Seoraksan Mountains break through the clouds while jade-like water flows through the valleys, creating breathtaking views and making this Korea’s most famous National Park. Due to the many rare species found here, UNESCO designated this National Park a Biosphere Preservation District in 1982. Here you can take an optional Cable Car to Gwongeumseong fortress. Finally, we'll transfer 4 hours to Seoul, arriving around 6pm. Happy trails! NOTE: Seoraksan National Park tour might not be available during the peak season in October. Please note that there might be some changes to the itinerary without prior noticeVisit Pyeongchang, host of the 2018 Winter Olympics. Then we’ll continue another hour to Mt.
